Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi Flaunts Toned Biceps & Workout Routine

From beach bum to gym rat! 

Reformed party girl, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, 25 – who showed off post-baby abs at the end of May – is still going strong with her workouts. 

The mom to 10-month-old Lorenzo, who announced a 44 lb. weight loss in January, flaunted her tiny waist and toned biceps on Instagram, Tuesday. 

"Getting more toned & defined!!" she wrote as a caption. "#muscles #fitlife." 

Just a few days prior, the former Jersey Shore star posted a shot of herself in a workout ensemble, lugging around a huge tire. 

"How I start my Saturdays … #buns & guns," Polizzi wrote. 

In January, the TV personality told PEOPLE about her dedication to fitness. 
"I go [to a trainer] four times a week, and we do legs, arms and everything," she said "And after every one-hour workout, I do an hour of cardio … I'm still working my ass off, but it's all worth it. I'm now motivated and I want to change my body. It's a good feeling to work out because I feel much better. Plus, my guy Jionni likes it."

That’s because her brand-new accessory is so giant, the reflection can likely be seen from miles away!

The ring (given to her by love Pasquale Rotella atop a Ferris wheel at Las Vegas’s Electric Daisy Carnival Sunday), is an 18-carat, cushion-cut yellow diamond surrounded by pink and yellow diamond flowers.

“My fiancé designed it himself,” with the help of celebrity jeweler Alan Friedman, Madison tells PEOPLE, “because I told him that’s what would make it most special.”

Part of what makes it so special: hidden touches Rotella included in the ring’s overall design. “Because we love owls, there is a hidden owl engraved on the rose gold in between two of the flowers,” she says. “The band is art nouveau-inspired, to go with the flowers.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful or magical proposal!” Madison wrote on her blog of her night with Rotella, with whom she has daughter Rainbow, three months. And we can’t imagine a more magical ring, either.

While the Chicago Blackhawks celebrated with the Stanley Cup on Monday, Michael J. Fox's dog, Gus, celebrated with something equally sweet in his bowl. 

"Congrats to the Hawks ... this year's top dog," the actor Tweeted on Tuesday, sharing a photo of his pooch dining on a hockey puck-shaped treat emblazoned with the Blackhawks's logo. 

Much like the Blackhawks's down-to-the-wire win against the Boston Bruins on Monday night, Gus's snapshot also caused a stir among Fox's followers – but for a different reason. 

"For all those of you who are concerned Gus, the dog, ate no chocolate," Fox later added. "Don't worry."

Selena Gomez got some quality time withbaby sister Gracie Elliot last Wednesday, grinning broadly as she held the newborn, then just eight days old, in Malibu, Calif. 

Gomez, 20, who was taking a lunch break from a photo shoot for her Dream Out Loud clothing line, also shared a laugh with her mom Mandy Teefey and Mandy's husband Brian. 
"I'm the happiest girl in the world!" Gomez gushed on Twitter when she revealed her mom's pregnancy in May.

Scottie Pippen's claiming he attacked a fan in Malibu this weekend in self-defense ... after the man called him the n-word and then spit at him.

Sources close to Pippen tell us, the middle-aged man who got his ass kicked by Pippen outside Nobu Sunday night was a drunk, overly aggressive fan who had been badgering Pippen for attention all evening ... beginning inside Nobu, where Pippen was eating with friends.

At one point, we're told one of Pippen's dinner guests went to the bathroom ... and the man sat in the guest's place ... continuing to pester Pippen with questions. We're told Pippen bit his tongue and politely asked the man to leave.

After the meal, we're told Pippen agreed to take a photo with the man outside the restaurant ... but the man continued to be aggressive, demanding an autograph as well. Pippen refused and we're told that's when the man dropped the n-bomb, shoved the NBA legend, then spat at him.

Sources close to Pippen say he lost it when the spit landed on his young daughter -- and Pippen flew into attack mode.

As we reported, the alleged victim was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital with severe injuries to his head, face, and back. Pippen has since spoken with authorities and he was not arrested.

JACKSON BROTHERS Grief-Stricken on Death Anniversary 'We Miss Him Every Day'

Michael Jackson's death anniversary is a particularly hard day for members of his family, especially his brothers, who tell TMZ ... he is still loved and missed everyday. 

Jackie, Marlon, Tito and Jermaine tell TMZ ... "Four years ago today we lost one of the greatest musicians, entertainers, and icons the world has ever known. But to us, Michael was first and foremost our brother. We carry his spirit with us always, and we love and miss him every day." 

Michael's youngest brother Randy Jackson tweeted, "Thinking about my brother on this day. Thank U everyone 4 your love and support and 4 the beautiful display of flowers at Forest Lawn."

As we reported earlier, fans have been leaving flowers at MJ's mausoleum by the thousands. 

Michael died on June 25, 2009 from a fatal dose of Propofol.  RIP.
